The true measure of leadership is influence – nothing more, nothing less. You don’t have to be working in a corporation, leading teams to declare yourself as a leader. In every walk of life we all have the potential to be a leader to influence the people around us in a positive way and add value by serving them.
You might wonder why the article? Do we really need to come up with more reasons to exercise? I mean, shouldn’t everybody? But the more I thought about it, the more I wanted to write this article. I am excited to tell you more about canva, IMHO, the best free graphic design software, EVER! If you are not a graphic designer or maybe you are a graphic designer, you know how long it can take to really come up with an appealing graphic design for any of your projects, whether it is creating a flyer, brochure, email header, website logo, you name it. They say a picture is worth a thousand worths and really the images and the right alignment of text is really what makes your flyers pop and get noticed! And after all that is what we want right? I was checking the google stats on my website the other day and the interesting thing is people still find me through my fitness instructor, particularly the zumba(C) instructor, career days. Although the direction of my website has grown much more than that and my thoughts about zumba(C) fitness program evolved, I guess I still owe Zumba fitness thanks for the traffic and promotions/ads they keep sending to my site. Now, don’t get me wrong, I still LOVE fitness and exercise daily but after teaching fitness classes on the side for 6 years, I came to realize that some people just jump on the bandwagon just for the sake of it without knowing the ins and outs of what they are getting themselves into. So, I thought why not write a post about why someone would NOT want to become a zumba(C) instructor, or any other format in that matter, so people just don’t sign up without knowing applying some basic critical thinking facts on teaching fitness classes no matter what format.
