women in leadershipI am extremely excited about the training that I am going to take this upcoming weekend on women in leadership.  It was a bit of a co-incidence how I found out about the training.  I was reading the Woman Power: Strategies for Female Leaders book which is a compilation of several authors’ opinions/advise on women in leadership.

As I was reading the first chapter, the author’s bio caught my attention. She claimed that she was a certified women’s leadership coach.  I didn’t know there was such a thing!   After doing a 5 minute google search, I blazed the trail to Louisville, KY, which is within a 1.5 hours driving distance away from me.  Ok, I was now more than intrigued.  The next certification was happening in a couple of weeks and the training was already sold out.  After making a few phone calls and email conversations, I had my spot reserved!
