Welcome to Mosaic International! I’m Dr. Arzu Gosney, a consultant and a thought leader in business strategy and technology with over 20 years of corporate experience. With a PhD in computer science from Washington State University, a Harvard degree in management, and a passion for lifelong learning, I have dedicated my career to helping businesses grow and thrive.

As a business strategy and technology expert, I currently teach undergraduate and graduate students at various colleges, sharing my knowledge and experience to shape the next generation of business leaders. In addition to teaching, I formed Mosaic International, a business training and consulting firm that helps businesses develop and implement effective strategies to achieve their goals.

I am also a proud mom to two wonderful kids who bring me so much joy and gratitude. Outside of work, I enjoy reading books, going to the gym, having long walks with my husband and our dog, and spending time with my family.
